Ally loves her Mandarin lessons in school. The Chinese teacher Wang Lao Shi is her favourite teacher. And everyday, she sings mandarin songs the whole time.
Yesterday, Mark and I were testing her, based on the mandarin song sheets in her school file. She knew all of them, some rather complex ones even. Oh, we were so amazed and she was gleefully lapping up the attention.
I asked," wow,you know so many mandarin songs, do you know what the songs mean?"
Ally replied, " No, of course not, it's Chinese." ( in a "like duh?!" tone)
Hmmm... long way more to go....
