Little Drummer Girl

Ally's auntie Georgina is really musically talented. She can play the electric guitar, piano, violin, bass, and recently, even the drums! So, Ally went to her first trial music class at Kindermusik today to check out her own talent.

First up! What else? The drums!

Look at her listening intently to the teacher!

It's not a bad class. They have this really nice big carpeted room with lavender walls and lots of baby instruments. The teacher sings a song and gets the kids to tap along using whatever instrument she give us. Of course, most of the time, it's the parents who are doing the tapping. The other babies are usually eating the instruments!

Still, I guess the kids will start to learn eventually through repitition and anyway, it's good fun!

If anything, it's real good for the mothers. Look what the class did to Ally and her friend David.

Ally nodded off all by herself

David too, and apparently, he has never ever fallen asleep by himself!

We had a good lunch while they slept. So, am I signing up for the package? Mark, the ever thrifty one (ha!), told me last night not to be persuaded. Let me think about it.
