There's some bad virus going around. Ally's 2 year old cousin Rachel got it first, vomitting most of her meals out and had loose stools for a few days. She had it since Sunday. Since then, her entire family has succumbed to it except for little Ruebens.
My maid Delia just recovered from 1 day of intense vomitting and diarrhea. Mark, Myself, Angie and Ally are still ok so far. We've been washing our hands like ten thousand times and meticulously sterilising everything.
Apparently, the virus is extremely contagious and an infected person remains contagious up to 2 weeks after recovery. Some might even carry the virus but not display symptoms. That must be us.
Anyway, we both felt nauseous today and have a slight queasy stomach. For everyone else, the virus struck in the middle of the night. So tonight may be our turn. I am determined not to get it with some positive thinking, if that can shield me! Mark took four charcoal pills.
