This little 7-month old is seriously just like her name - a darling angel. She is just soooo sweet and gentle. It's easier to describe her when I compare with Ally, who is quite different!
That's Ally pumping her milk, something she has to do every morning just like her mommy
Ally is a chatterbox , a "zi zar por" or a "nenek" ( what her teacher calls her). Angie is quiet and softspoken. She purrs often and squeals when she is excited or happy. Most of the time though, she is happy to sit back quietly and observe all the action, namely her sister's antics. I have a feeling she will definitely be quieter that Ally, since from 3 months Ally was always cooing and ahhing in her baby babble. Till today, it's also non stop chatter from the time she wakes up at 7pm to bedtime at 8pm.
Ally used to love to SIT, only standing at one year and walking a month later. At 7 months, Angie is already cruising ( ie holding on chairs etc for support while she moves around) She sat up at 61/2 months, crawled proper a week later, then pulled herself to standing a few days later and now she is cruising. We predict she should be walking by 10 months or earlier, judging from her physical prowness. Unless she decides to concentrate on her speech and the physical part slows down. Hmm.
Ally was a real nightmare at bedtime. Angie, as you now all know, sleeps like an angel. Mark and I are proud that we have mastered the art ( or so we think). Angie doesn't cry much when she wakes up too. Often, we'll find her playing by herself when we peep into her cot the next morning or after her naps.
As the days go by, it is very hard not to want to keep picking Angie up for a cuddly hug. She just loves it and will snuggle up to you too. Needless to say, Angie has her own fans too. Auntie Susan, my brother's maid calls her affectionately "cheeky cheeky" and actually needs to come up down and carry her every morning. Her godparents, especially Godpa Jonathan are also equally smitten.
Ahhh, darling Angie.
