Yet when she was born and then grew up in the next few months, the name really seemed too sweet for her. You have to look at her to know what I mean.

Now you can understand why. Dear little Alison has really "strong" or "powerful" hair as some may call it. It started rather innocently as shorts tufts

and just grew and grew. You can try to comb it down, even when it's wet, but those powerful strands will just pop right up again in a few minutes.
So why Ah Boo Chuck then? Well, Ah Boo Chuck is sort of like "peekaboo". So when you say Ah Boo Chuck! to the baby, she's supposed to get a mini surprise. When that happens, her hair is supposed to stand in shock.. so there you have it. Our little Ah Boo Chuck!" Alison's daddy is the creator of that name!
Then of course little Ah Boo Chuck's seeming "samseng" personality lends itself to the term too. You know, some babies look sweet and demure, like her cousin Rachel.

Pix: Rachel, sweet Rachel.
Put Alison side by side and you can see the difference.

Ok, so maybe it's the hair. But, here's more...Alison bullying a boy!

So, there you have it, our little "Ah Boo Chuck"! Could she be anything but.
